DINNER AND A MOVIE

On Wednesday July 8th we are serving a delicious vegetarian meal and watching a brand new movie called Fresh The Movie. It’s a documentary about changing the way America eats, moving away from packaged and processed to fresh foods. $15 get’s you dinner and a movie. Yum. **

so we have finished our menu plans….yummy
Burning Spear Roots Burger with home sprouted mung beans and fruit relish.
Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and yellow peppers in an avocado dressing…and of course as always there will be ginger beer and chai….maybe cookies too!
When: Wednesday July 8th 7pm-10pm
Where: 2051 East 4th @ Lakewood
Why: Because you know how important fresh food is to our health and well being.
